High school wrestling result: John Paul II at SCISA state qualifier

2 Golden Warriors to states: Nathan Riley and Adler Snyder will represent John Paul II at next weekend’s SCISA JV state tournament after finishing second in their weight classes during last weekend’s state qualifier in Summerville.

Riley will compete for a title at 113 pounds, while Snyder qualified at 220. Though Anthony Cedeno placed fourth at 195 pounds, it wasn’t enough to extend his season. The state meet is next Saturday at Lexington High.
