High school wrestling result: Battery Creek at Swamp Fox Duals

Cooper Kaminsky headed a quartet of Battery Creek wrestlers to produce an undefeated weekend as the Dolphins won four of five matches at the Swamp Fox Duals in Marion.

Kaminsky, who won last year’s Class 2A-1A state title at 195 pounds, was joined by Liam Payne, Marcel Porackey and Khalil Chisolm in going 5-0 for the weekend.

The Dolphins (7-1), who hold the preseason No.1 ranking in Class 3A, notched dual match victories over Loris, St. James, Marlboro County and Myrtle Beach. Their only loss came to Class 5A Carolina Forest.
