Thomas Heyward sweeps Faith Christian

Jamie Davis scored a game-high 17 points and Ellie Bryan added 14 to lead Thomas Heyward Academy’s girls to a 53-19 basketball rout of Faith Christian on Friday in Summerville.

Ivy Bryan (8), Alayna Delong (6), Gabby Boyles (4), Chelsea Schroeder (2) and Bayli Belger (2) rounded out the scoring for Thomas Heyward.

Thomas Heyward also won the boys game 61-45. The leader scorers for the Patriots were Jonah Young (24), Blake Bannon (14) and Bryce Tillotson (9).

In junior varsity action, Thomas Heyward won the girls game 26-6 and took the boys game 36-11.
