High school tennis result: Beaufort Academy vs. John Paul II

Beaufort Academy 7, John Paul II 2: Jayda Scheper, Abby Dalton and Lily Alcott powered the top of the Eagles’ lineup to win for the fourth time in five region matches.

Scheper defeated JP2’s Sarah Bacevich 6-1, 6-1 at No.1 singles, while Dalton and Alcott also prevailed in straight sets. The Golden Warriors got wins from Margaret Bacevich in singles and the doubles tandem of Sarah Bacevich and Megan Reilly.
