10 Smith Stearns, IJGA athletes make college choices official Wednesday

Seven Smith Stearns Tennis Academy tennis players took advantage of the early signing period on Wednesday to sign with their future colleges.

Among them were:

Robert Loeb - Georgia: No. 10 recruit in the nation, top recruit in South Carolina, Blue Chip National Recruit.

Alexander Vanezis - Middlebury: No. 4 Recruit in South Carolinam 3-star National Recruit

Elizabeth Williams - Wofford: No. 4 recruit in South Carolina, 4-star National Recruit

Chase Schupp - Tulane: No. 1 recruit in Louisiana, 4-Star National Recruit

Trevor White - Sewanee: No. 13 recruit in South Carolina, 2-Star National Recruit

Ellie Czura - Sewanee: No. 7 recruit in South Carolina, 4-Star National Recruit

Jade Lewis - LSU: No. 10 Recruit in the nation, No. 1 Recruit in South Carolina, Blue Chip National Recruit

3 IJGA GIRLS SIGN

Three female golfers from the Hilton Head Island-based Intternational Junior Golf Academy made their college choices official Wednesday, as well.

Ankita Kedlaya of Bangalore, India, will play at East Tennessee State University.

Jasmine Chee of Hong Kong, will play for Western Michigan.

Melany Chong of Mississauga, Canada, will play for Appalachian State.
