Ridgeland-Hardeeville's slide continures with loss to Barnwell

Ridgeland-Hardeeville's tough season continued Friday as the Jaguars fell 46-12 to Barnwell in a non-region game at home.

The Jaguars fall to 1-7 on the season. Barnwell is 6-3.

Desjon Fraser scored twice for Ridgeland-Hardeeville on a 49-yard kickoff return and a 6-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter.

Shamiek Giles had a sack for the Jaguars.

"He stepped up late for us," Jaguars head coach Jahmaal Nelson said.
