Hegarty got the Seahawks' first score on a 40-yard field goal, and they trailed 7-3 at the half.
P.J. Franklin's 25-yard scoring run with 4 minutes left in the third quarter cut the deficit to 13-10.
Orangeburg-Wilkinson fell to 3-6, 1-2.
