Bluffton's Bent IPBG Player of the Week for Week 6

Bluffton quarterback Cameron Bent is the Island Packet and Beaufort Gazette High School Football Player of the Week for Week 6.

Bent rushed 17 times for 260 yards and an 80-yard touchdown before leaving with a knee injury in the Bobcat's 46-32 home win over Wando. He completed 2 of 3 passes for 42 yards, as well.

Hilton Head Prep's Mac Orie won the fan vote with 62.1 percent of the vote.

Fans cast 8,340 votes this week. The fan voting accounts for one-third of the voting.

Members of the Island Packet and Beaufort Gazette sports staff hold the other two votes.
