The Bridge Bowl: What fans need to know

Here is what fans need to know before today's Bridge Bowl matchup between Bluffton and Hilton Head Island high schools at Hilton Head Island:

TICKETS

Tickets are $7 in advance, $8 at the gate. Gates will open at 6 p.m.

Advance ticket locations:

GATES

Hilton Head Island High School will have three gate areas open -- the main gate, the concession/back gate and the middle school gate. Advance tickets can enter at any gate.

Hilton Head Island High School is encouraging Bluffton fans to enter through the middle school gate on Wilborn Rd.

PARKING/TAILGATING

Tailgate parking lots open at 5:30 p.m., and parking is free.

When parking, please do not block other vehicles, park in a roadway or a marked no-parking area. cars will be towed at owner's expense.

Hilton Head's fan/tailgate area will be in the parking lots for the Island Rec Center and lacrosse, baseball and softball parking lots.

Bluffton fan/tailgate area will be in the bus area at Hilton Head Island Middle School.

Signs and parking attendants will direct fans to the proper location.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

As a reminder all Beaufort County School District properties are alcohol, drug and tobacco free

NO RE-ENTRY

As per S.C. High School League rules, there will be no re-entry to the game. If someone must leave, they must pay again to return to the game.

RESTROOMS/CONCESSIONS

There will be extra restrooms and satellite concession stands for both sides for the comfort of fans.
