May River’s Lewellen named to Shrine Bowl run team
May River’s Madison Lewellen was named to the Mike Moore South Carolina Shrine Bowl run team over the weekend.
The team, made up of 12 seniors with some of the top times in the state, will run on the same day as the Shrine Bowl football game Dec. 16 in Spartanburg. Lewellan finished 10th in Saturday’s Class 3A cross country meet in helping the Sharks to a second-place finish.
