High school soccer playoffs: Hilton Head Island girls vs. Lakewood

Hilton Head Island 15, Lakewood 0: Hannah Stanhope peppered the net with four goals and Abbie Gilliland added three to lead a total of seven Seahawks that got on the scoresheet in their Class 4A playoff opener.

Carson Schoppe, Kendall Moran and Sierra Ford added two goals apiece for Hilton Head, which will host a second-round matchup Wednesday against St. James. Val Palacios and Trinity Feltner rounded out the Seahawks’ scoring.
