High school lacrosse playoffs: Bluffton girls vs. St. James

St. James 9, Bluffton 8: The Sharks completed their comeback from a three-goal halftime deficit by scoring in the dying minutes of regulation, handing Bluffton a heartbreaking defeat one step short of the Class 4A Lower State final.

Sarah Bryson scored three goals to pace St. James, while Sophie Lesando and Silver Dawson added two apiece. Bluffton led 7-4 at halftime, but managed just one goal after the break.
