High school softball result: May River vs. The King’s Academy

The King’s Academy (Tenn.) 11, May River 3: The visitors roughed up Sharks starter Taylor Gleason for five runs in the first two innings, eventually scoring in every inning but one.

Gleason also produced three of May River’s nine hits, driving in the Sharks’ first run with a single to left. Kylee Gleason scored twice and stole three bases, including a steal of home in the third, and Alisa Depew singled twice.
