High school soccer result: John Paul II boys vs. Calhoun Academy

John Paul II 10, Calhoun Academy 0: Elijah Moreno scored three goals and seven teammates notched their first goal of the season as the Golden Warriors romped.

Moreno’s outing brought his total to 24 goals this season. Ethan Prado, Ben Richardson, Jalen Mutrie, Lindsay Franklin, Anthony Cedeno, Jonathan Field and Jonathan Barragan each added their first goals.

Sebastian Laverede set up three of the JP2 goals, and Barragan combined with Nyleem Wright in goal to post the shutout.
