Patriot (Va.) 7, Beaufort 2: Both of the Eagles’ runs came home on errors as Beaufort was held to just two hits by the visitors from Virginia.

Brice Adkins and Cooper Woods stroked back-to-back singles with two out in the second, but both were left stranded by an inning-ending strikeout.
