High school baseball result: Hilton Head Christian vs. Colleton Prep

Colleton Prep 11, Hilton Head Christian 6: Four HHCA errors and a couple of untimely wild pitches allowed Colleton Prep to pull away after the Eagles had pulled within 7-6 midway through the fourth inning.

Two Colleton Prep runs came home in the fourth on wild pitches, and a sixth-inning error by catcher Dargan Cherry plated two more War Hawks in the sixth.

Cherry led the Eagles at the plate with two hits and two RBIs, while James Bartholomew doubled among his two hits.
