High school baseball result: Hilton Head Prep vs. St. Andrew’s

St. Andrew’s 11, Hilton Head Prep 5: A six-run St. Andrew’s outburst in the sixth doomed the Dolphins after they had tied the game in the top of the inning.

RBI singles by Reese Irwin and Gage Hurlbut had allowed Prep to tie the game 5-5 in the top of the sixth, but four St. Andrew’s hits and three errors propelled the Lions to the big inning. Hurlbut wound up with three RBIs, adding a two-run single in the fourth.
