High school softball result: Beaufort vs. Berkeley

Berkeley 9, Beaufort 0: The Eagles were held to just three hits by Berkeley’s Raylee Brabham, while the Stags scored in four consecutive innings to gradually pull away.

Savannah Mullen tallied two of Beaufort’s three hits, including a leadoff double in the fourth. Lillian Sumner also was hit by a pitch in the inning, but Brabham retired Caroline O’Hara on an inning-ending popup.
