High school golf result: John Paul II, Beaufort Academy at Dogwood Hills

JP2 tops SCISA opponents: Alex Thaller fired a 1-over-par 37 and Andrew Swanson had a 38 as the Golden Warriors cruised past three SCISA rivals to win at Dogwood Hills Country Club in Walterboro.

The Golden Warriors combined for a team total of 165, finishing 23 shots clear of second-place Colleton Prep (188). Beaufort Academy was another stroke back, with Thomas Heyward rounding out the field.
