High school soccer result: John Paul II boys vs. St. Andrew’s

John Paul II 5, St. Andrew’s 0: Elijah Moreno scored three goals as the Golden Warriors bounced back from a loss in their season opener.

Karl Johnson and Sebastian Laverde added one goal apiece, while goalkeeper Nyleem Wright came up with nine saves on the way to a shutout. Ethan Prado, Jalen Mutrie, Ben Richardson and Alex Thaller held strong on defense.
