High school lacrosse result: Beaufort boys vs. Waccamaw

Waccamaw 13, Beaufort 2: Ethan McKenzie scored the Eagles’ first goal and assisted on the other, providing bright spots as Waccamaw controlled the run of play.

Bobby Gecy tallied Beaufort’s second goal, as the Eagles finished with 14 shots on goal for the afternoon. Crosson Derrick assisted on McKenzie’s first goal.

Chase Guynup made five saves in goal for Beaufort before giving way to Austin Payne, who had seven saves.
