Two major champions in, one to go.

Open Championship titleholder Zach Johnson formally added his name to the lineup Monday for next month's RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, officially committing to his 10th consecutive start at Harbour Town.

Matt Kuchar, the Heritage winner two years ago with a dramatic chip-in on the 72nd hole, also signed up to play his 10th consecutive edition. They were joined by another mainstay in Bill Haas, the former FedExCup winner set to play his 12th in a row.

They join a roster for the April 14-17 event that includes world No.3 Jason Day, Brandt Snedeker, Ernie Els, Boo Weekley and five-time Heritage winner Davis Love III.

Though Johnson's commitment wasn't unexpected, he and Day comprise half of the major trophies decided in 2015. Day captured the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, setting a major-championship scoring record along the way.

The other trophies, of course, belong to Jordan Spieth after doubling up last year at the Masters and U.S. Open. The 21-year-old Texan was a hit at Harbour Town for upholding his commitment after winning at Augusta National, but he's given no indication to tournament officials about a return.

Spieth's website currently lists just three events after this week's Valspar Championship — the Masters and his hometown May events at the AT&T Byron Nelson and Dean & Deluca Invitational at Colonial.

Spieth has not missed the RBC Heritage in three seasons since earning full PGA Tour status.

Johnson likewise won hearts in the Lowcountry after competing at Harbour Town following his Masters triumph in 2007. Last year, the Iowa native added a claret jug to his green jacket by winning a playoff at St. Andrews over Louis Oosthuizen and Australia's Marc Leishman. Spieth and Day both missed that playoff by a stroke.

Johnson's best finish at Harbour Town was second in 2012, five shots behind Carl Petterson.

Kuchar won the 2014 tartan jacket when his blast from a greenside bunker found the cup, completing a comeback from a four-shot deficit entering the final round. Haas, the 2012 FedExCup champion, also is a former Players Amateur winner from 2002.
