2023 RBC Heritage: Here’s what you need to know about the Hilton Head PGA Tour event
The RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing at Sea Pines — the only annual PGA Tour event in South Carolina — begins Monday and runs through Sunday, the final round.
Here’s what you need to know about the 2023 tournament at Harbour Town Golf Links:
Tickets
Tickets to the 2023 RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing are sold out but may be available on the resale market. But note that the price may be higher than face value. If you have a ticket question, call 904-280-6892 or email nss@pgatourhq.com between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
How to watch
▪ The Golf Channel: Thursday-Friday, 3-6 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 1-3 p.m.
▪ CBS Sports: Saturday-Sunday, 3-6 p.m.
▪ PGA TOUR Radio: Thursday-Friday, noon-6 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 1-6 p.m.
Golfers who have committed
Among the pros who are scheduled to compete are defending champion Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, Sam Burns, Corey Conners, Sahith Theegala, Cameron Young, Rickie Fowler, Collin Morikawa, Scottie Scheffler, Adam Scott, Jason Day, Matt Fitzpatrick, Viktor Hovland and Shane Lowry.
Rory McIlroy, No. 2 in the world, had been scheduled to play but withdrew on Monday.
They will be competing for a $20 million purse.
First round
The first round begins Thursday with the following tee times at the 1st and 10th: 7:20-9 a.m. and 11:50 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
The official start
The course is closed to spectators Monday, but opening ceremonies and a parade will kick off the 55th Heritage at noon Tuesday, beginning at Liberty Oak at Harbour Town Yacht Basin and ending on the 18th green. Defending Champion Jordan Spieth and others will march in the parade around Harbour Town Yacht Basin to the sounds of the Citadel’s Regimental Pipe Band. Pro practice rounds are planned all day Tuesday as well.
Youth putt day
On Tuesday, children 15 and under are invited to putt alongside the pros at Harbour Town Golf Links putting green behind the Clubhouse from 2-3 p.m. The line forms by the putting green entrance and goes down the 1st hole’s fairway.
Pro-Am
The pro-am, when amateurs golf with professionals, is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Parking
Complimentary parking will be available at Coastal Discovery Museum at 70 Honey Horn Drive with motor coach service to and from Harbour Town Marina (about a 20-minute ride), 6:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. There is no general spectator parking inside Sea Pines.
Shuttle
There are complimentary shuttles from Coligny Beach parking lot to a drop-off near Harbour Town from 6:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Bicycle parking is available in the Coligny Plaza area. Parking is first-come, first-served.
