It's No. 1 vs. No. 2 in Shipyard Cup final

Saturday's results held true to the seedings at the Shipyard Cup, the $10,000 women's ITF Pro Circuit event at Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort on Hilton Head Island.

Top-seeded American Alexa Graham took down Makenna Jones 6-4, 6-3 in one semifinal, while second-seeded Ulrikke Eikeri of Norway beat Alexandra Perper 6-1, 6-3 in the other semifinal.

The two top seeds will meet in Sunday's final at 10 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.

In Saturday's doubles final, the second-seeded duo of American Madeleine Kobelt and Russian Nika Kukharchuk beat the unseeded pairing of Americans Alexa Bortles and Lauren Herring, 6-2, 3-6, 10-8.
