Georgia Bulldogs coming to ESPN Radio Savannah/Hilton Head
There's good news for Georgia Bulldogs fans in the area.
ESPN Radio Savannah/Hilton Head, AM 1400 and FM 104.3 WSEG, is the new area home for the Georgia Bulldogs Sports Network.
Through a partnership with media provider IMG, ESPN Radio Savannah/Hilton Head will be the home of Georgia football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and the "Bulldog Hotline" in the area.
ESPN Radio Savannah/Hilton Head will broadcast a Bulldogs football schedule that includes games with Clemson, Tennessee, Auburn and Georgia Tech in Athens and road games at South Carolina and Missouri, along with the annual clash with Florida in Jacksonville, Fla.
"We are proud to be able to bring the tradition of the Georgia Bulldogs to the region," ESPN Radio Savannah/Hilton Head operations director Kevin Thomas said in a release. "The Georgia brand, along with that of the SEC, resonates with everyone."
Kickoff for Georgia's season opener against Clemson is set for 5:30 p.m. Aug. 30.
