Fripp Island Memorial Fishing Tournament set for this weekend

The Fripp Island Memorial Fishing Tournament will be from sunrise to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Registration and a captains’ meeting will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, followed by a Lowcountry cookout.

Weigh-ins will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with an awards ceremony following Saturday’s weigh-in.

Proceeds will benefit Fripp For a Cure and the Keyserling Cancer Center.
