Progress report on Remnants of Hector: Thursday, Aug 29 update from the NHC

On Thursday at 5 am, the National Hurricane Center issued the last advisory for the remnant system. Hector has lost strength and has downgraded from a tropical storm to a remnant with sustained winds of 35 miles per hour.
Remnants of Hector are 1305 miles east of Hilo Hawaii, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 13 mph to the west.
