Rants & Raves: Lady’s Island development, crime

On a proposed Harris Teeter, along with a gas station and Starbucks, on Lady’s Island:

This is ridiculous. Another gas station, another grocery store. And they were just complaining last week that they had no idea how they were going to handle the new traffic coming for the new Walmart and they’ll add to that? It was obvious once Walmart was going to come in they would let everyone else follow. So sad. Lori Palmer

We can’t have a HT, but we can have a second Super Walmart? Makes no sense whatsoever to me. Maybe someone at Publix has a problem with it? Joyce Merrill
