Rants & Raves: On Beaufort County school board member's 'loony' accusation, new Kroger

On a school board member criticized for calling superintendent opponents "loony":

Ooohhh he called someone loony ... big friggin' deal. This is only a story because of two things, we are a nation of the offended, and he made fun of this newspaper. Go cry in your safe zones ... Beaufort has horrible discipline problems in the schools, which needs to be addressed ASAP. Two assaults on (school resource officers) at Battery Creek in two months!
