Letter: Piecemeal development must end

Many thanks for your editorial comments on out-of-control growth in and around Beaufort. The city and county should meet with residents and work out future plans and eliminate the current piecemeal fiasco that is subject to pressure from developers and large landowners. Or the Lowcountry will become the “Lowcity” as we watch the further destruction in the guise of “more revenue and jobs.”
