Letter: Honey Horn not right place

It is very disturbing that the present Town Council is considering development of Honey Horn. Many worked very hard to preserve and protect this property as it currently exists.

There is a certain amount of need for an arts center, I would agree.

Maybe a close look at the school campus, which already has parking in place and events for the arts could be coordinated for non-school school hours.

Our leadership should take notes from the artists and be creative, not destructive.
