Letter: Have ethics hearing for enabling school board
Regarding your editorial “Moss must open ethics hearing to public”:
I believe Beaufort County School District superintendent Jeff Moss has had his hearing by the public. We found him guilty of using his position to hire his wife, and judgment unbecoming a superintendent of schools.
The real victims here are the students whose education is being interrupted while an unethical superintendent of schools and dysfunctional school board defend themselves.
Next up should be an Ethics Commission hearing for his supporters and enablers on the school board. Without the cooperation and consent of our misguided school board, this never could have happened.
