Letter: Police cars should be marked

Notice to the Bluffton Police Department. Myself, my family and my friends will refuse to pull over for a traffic stop by any of your unmarked vehicles. We will continue to abide by posted speed limits and traffic laws until a marked vehicle is located to verify your identity.

Newspapers scream headlines about innocent drivers being pulled over by fake cops who bought blue flashing lights and police badges on the Internet. Many civilians are robbed, raped and even murdered by fake cops who purchased police paraphernalia and identities over the Internet.

The Bluffton Police Department needs to find a better way of ripping off motorists going through Bluffton while hiding their identities behind an unmarked vehicle.
