Letter: Obama enables ISIS

I wonder how President Obama sleeps with all the terrorist killings happening throughout the world. They don’t seem to bother him as his actions have shown.

When James Foley was beheaded he played golf. After the Brussels bombings he was doing the wave at a baseball game in communist Cuba with Castro and dancing the tango in Argentina.

His initial lack of action in Iraq led to the killings by terrorists in San Bernardino, Paris and Brussels. The war in Iraq was ended after President Bush’s successful surge. Obama announced the war was ended, took credit, and announced the date our troops would be leaving. He was unable to negotiate with the Iraqi government to leave several thousand soldiers behind, thus leaving a vacuum and an opening for ISIS.

This was the rag-tag group that Obama referred to as the JV team. He claimed they could easily be defeated as we all watched them rapidly conquer and ravage city after city, be-heading, drowning and burning Christians until they controlled most of Iraq. There wouldn’t be an ISIS if Obama had stopped them in the beginning, and young men wouldn’t have been so anxious to join a losing cause.

Obama thinks GITMO is ISIS’s recruitment tool. The true attraction is ISIS’s many victories. This ragtag JV team is currently promoting terrorism in 12 countries and Obama’s strategy is to contain them and not defeat them. Hillary Clinton intends to follow his policies.
