Letter: Why do so few vote?
I recently learned that the majority of Christians do not show up at the polls to vote their convictions. The numbers are not good.
American Christians number about 80 million people. Half of this number is not even registered to vote. Of this block of voters, only 20 million actually vote in a presidential election. Less than 10 million Americans of Christian faith vote in the primary election.
I wonder why this is.
I would encourage all registered voters to vote. The nation is watching.
