Letter: Bradley right about retirement system
I salute our state Rep. Jeff Bradley for taking a leading role in attacking the deficit in the state employee pension system. It is a thankless task, but one that must be accomplished.
Jeff’s colleagues will be smart to accept his knowledge and experience as a financial planner. The ideas he suggests appear to be sound, especially resetting the anticipated return. It’s time to get the politics out of the system and put the professionals in charge.
