Letter: FDR on MacArthur has a familiar ring

I'm a longtime "snowbird" from Pennsylvania with some advice to South Carolina Republicans who will be voting in your primary on Feb. 20.

History tends to repeat itself. President Franklin Roosevelt once said of Gen. Douglas MacArthur: "Never underestimate a man who overestimates himself."

When I vote in my state's primary on April 26, it won't be for Donald Trump. Enough said.
