Letter: Treat terrorism as threat that it is
The act will not be acknowledged because public outcry would force the president to take action.
It would further expose the horrible performance of the preeminent Democratic candidate in crafting foreign policy while secretary of state. Instead, we hear the continued politicization of gun control from both of them.
Regardless of your view on gun control, you should be concerned.
The failure of our current leaders to recognize and address Islamic terrorism means we will endure increasing violence from this source until someone is willing to view this as an issue that transcends short-sighted political goals. Will it take another 9/11?
