Letter: Here's how to end U.S. mass shootings

This latest mass murder in California must mark the beginning of the end of gun possession. I propose a federal law that states anyone or any group of people committing any crime with a gun of any sort shall waive any constitutional rights regarding any rule of law. Once caught, they shall be tried and convicted of domestic terrorism, they and/or their families made to pay all financial claims again them and they shall be incarcerated in a federal prison and treated the exact same way as foreign terrorist. Gitmo shall stay open to house these terrorists.

These terrorists are a product of radical Christian conservatism. What is it about Christianity that radicalizes these murdering hordes of barbarians? Maybe the time has come to rethink Christian values.

The gun manufacturer of the weapon(s) used in the murder(s) shall be held liable as an accessory to the crime, and subject to fines and prison as deemed fit by a jury. (No one can serve on a jury if they are a member of the National Rifle Association or have been a member in the past 15 years.)

Enough already with the guns, the NRA, the gun manufacturers and the darn 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment must be eliminated with an exception for law enforcement and the military. Law enforcement must be made to carry rubber bullets.
