Letter: County must create a paupers' cemetery

Coroner Ed Allen has explained in a previous article that Beaufort County has no plans to properly bury the unclaimed remains that have been stored for decades at the coroner's office.

Like other South Carolina counties have done, Beaufort County has a responsibility to create a paupers' cemetery to serve as a final resting place.
