Letter: School board can't handle more money

I am generally in favor of spending on education. National ratings certainly support our doing more to improve standards locally and statewide. As it usually is, additional funding comes from the taxpayer to be administered by the school board and Beaufort County School District administration.

Here are my thoughts. Fire the present, discredited Superintendent Jeff Moss. Accept the immediate resignations of all those school board members who have fully supported Moss in the recent debacle. Then, and only then, ask for more money for education locally.

I would like to see different people administering my tax dollars.
