Letter: Ear-splitting blowers ruining vacation time

I could not agree more with a recent letter about leaf blowers.

My wife and I recently arrived for a week, and we also come in the spring for a week and stay at beautiful Sea Pines. But we are awakened every day by ear-splitting blowers.

And now they also ride around the parking lots with commercial blowers that sound like a jet taking off.

I think Sea Pines should put a leaf blower logo on its website as part of its brand.

These things need to be banned immediately.
