Solution to lawsuit: Answer the questions

Regarding the Feb. 27 story about the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce: The chamber wants a quick resolution to Skip Hoagland's lawsuit by going directly to the state Supreme Court.

I would think the quickest solution to the problem would be to open its books and records, as Skip has asked, to show that all their dealings are aboveboard. But from here it looks as if the chamber is hiding something.
