We stand in line at a grocery store, so why can’t we do so to cast our vote in SC?

On voting

We have to stand in line at a Walmart or a grocery store.

So why can’t we stand in line to vote?

It is because the Democrats — better known as the “Demo-rats” — are so afraid they will lose the election if they don’t get illegal votes.

We the people need to stand up for what is right and make sure that voting is done the RIGHT way.

If it is done the wrong way, there will be civil unrest — so let’s stand together and re-elect President Donald Trump to a second term.

Trump has done more for our country than the previous three presidents ever did, and he will continue to do so as long as he gets our support.

On face masks

Where is the science supporting the theory that mask wearing stops a virus?

The Town of Hilton Head officials who made the decision to stifle the people with a mask ordinance need to rethink their position and base it on science, not irrational fear.

The warning label on the box of surgical masks affirms they do not stop viruses; homemade masks are just as useless because minuscule viruses go right through them.

N95 masks, meanwhile, are designed to keep chemicals out during a Hazmat event, and they are ineffective at stopping viruses.

Many doctors have come forward to dispel the mask-wearing trend, and to proclaim that masks actually contribute to illness. Wearing a mask interferes with breathing; that in turn depletes oxygen consumption by the body, causing deleterious effects on vital organs.

It is also know that breathing high concentrations of exhaled carbon dioxide — coupled with built-up bacteria— is known to be harmful to humans.

These facts are not communicated by the media because they are firm advocates of mask wearing; nor are they ever mentioned by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or other agencies on government payrolls.

We need to listen to the doctors who treat us as individuals rather than those who have not held stethoscopes in their hands for decades. In fact, two of my trusted doctors shake their heads in disgust at what is being disseminated about this virus.

The most recognized conviction among practicing doctors is that this virus is no more virulent nor infectious than the flu, and there is evidence that shows that the number of cases and COVID-19 deaths have been vastly inflated.

It is unnecessary for cities and towns across America to mask up, and most doctors who actually treat patients agree.

I prefer fresh air — and you should, too.

On COVID-19

To all of the fear-mongering, panic-mongering news organizations, government bureaucrats and individuals out there, I say this:

Shame on every one of you.

As of this writing 562 people have died on South Carolina highways so far this year and if previous years are any indicator, probably close to 100,000 others have been injured in auto accidents across the state.

Now compare that to the 2,000-plus deaths due to COVID-19 that we’ve had in South Carolina so far.

The 100,000 people who have been injured in vehicle accidents may have injuries that will result in partial or permanent disability — or that will simply plague them for years to come. With COVID-19, on the other hand, you either die or you survive unscathed.

Why aren’t all of you panicking fear-mongers concerned about the 100,000-plus accident victims in this state? Why haven’t you called for banning automobiles and closing highways?

Why are you so determined to destroy the lives of the more than 40 million people who have lost their jobs because of your idiotic shutdowns — not to mention the 1 million or so small businesses that will not survive your stupidity?

COVID-19 is not “ravaging’ our state.

No, our state — as well as our country — is being ravaged by the ignoramuses who are in a panic to follow the other lemmings off the cliff.
