Letters to the Editor

Appalling Congress now a rogues’ gallery

I am writing to ask that U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford vote “no” to impeach Rod Rosenstein.

I was appalled by the behavior of Sanford’s colleagues at the Peter Strzok hearing. I am horrified that they continue to obstruct the Mueller investigation, in light of the recent indictments. I am angry that they waste time with frivolous hearings, when the Senate concurred with the intelligence community.

Lastly, I am disappointed that a man of Sanford’s stature would ally himself to such a rogues’ gallery of cretins, buffoons and conspiracy theorists. He has a few short months to serve in Congress. I urge him to please make better use of his time.
