Letters to the Editor

Time for term limits

The circus in Washington has become so divided that the country can no longer get important business done.

They have not been able to complete a full budget or compromise on bills in more then 30 years, and both parities are responsible for this lack of doing the people’s business.

We know the U.S. Congress would never vote to give themselves term limits. So it is up to the people to get two-thirds of the state legislatures to vote for a new amendment to the U.S. Constitution for term limits to the U.S. Congress.

Please, talk to your state elected officials, write, phone, email, and sign petitions until your state legislators vote to end the partisan, bickering gridlock in Washington with a new amendment to the U.S. Constitution, for congressional term limits.
