In America, we do question generals

My reply to White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders’s warning against questioning a general is that we are not a dictatorship (yet). How we resist tyranny is to demand our government be open, transparent and accountable, and challenge those making unjust or untrue statements, regardless of their title.

Ms. Huckabee Sanders, like the rest of this administration, has no idea what this nation stands for.
