Replace Bluffton traffic circle with a light
When Bluffton Parkway was being constructed, the traffic circle served as a functional, enchanting Southern thingamajig. The continuously expanding volume of traffic has eroded it into another thing. It is manifest this rotary is destined to become another Buck Island Road tragedy intersection. Don’t wait on fatalities to acknowledge that a traffic light is a necessity.
