We have a fake president
Hypocrisy at its best:
Here we are six months into a new administration. And at the highest level of government, we have a fake — President Donald Trump. This fake president calls everything he doesn’t agree with “fake.”
A real president isn’t a pathological, habitual liar.
A real president understands the need for media, good, bad or otherwise.
A real president has empathy for the populace, not just the rich.
A real president doesn’t ignore real enemies.
A real president doesn’t play reality show host.
A real president isn’t a con artist.
A real president raises the hopes and expectations of the populace.
A real president isn’t a narcissist.
A real president values the U.S. intelligence community.
A real president doesn’t besmirch Americans.
A real president isn’t a threat to the republic he was elected to protect.
A real president nominates capable people to run government.
A real president acts like a journeyman, not an apprentice.
A real president doesn’t obstruct justice.
A real president doesn’t tweet negativity.
Maybe next time we’ll elect a real president rather than the fake president we currently have.
