Blame Obama for N. Korea mistreatment

I find it puzzling reading the latest editorial on the mistreatment of a U.S. student by North Korea. Where was the editorial when the Obama administration was telling the parents of this student to keep quiet and not interfere?

The Obama administration had more than ample time to arrange a release for Otto Warmbier, but instead held fast on his passive attitude. The blame for what happened to Warmbier and the suffering he and his family endured are solely due to the failure of that administration.

To its credit, Trump’s administration accomplished this.
